Shemittah Cycle 7 2022 – Part I – The Seder

Listen to The Seder

Nisan 15 5782 is April 16, 2022

Pesach I Exodus 12:21-51 Joshua 3:5-7, 5:2-6:1, 6:17; John 19:31-20:1

Day One of Unleavened Bread begins today April 16, 2022. We are to eat matzah today and for the next seven days. At The Seder many questions are still asked by the children.

Yes, kids should not be afraid to ask questions. And, we find that their innocenct can ask the most innocent of questions. So, let us as ‘children of God’ approach this Day One of Passover simply by ask why?

“Why did God start a new calendar for months in the spring of the year?” (Our Salvation would come in Nisan.)

“Why did God say to choose a lamb for the family sacrifice on Day Ten of that new Month One?” (He is called, the Lamb of the world.)

“Why did this lamb have to be without a defect?” (Yeshua never violated The Torah in one point making him without defect.)

“Why was this sacrifice to be a male?” (God’s only begotten son is male)

“Why was it chosen from the sheep or the goats?” (He saves all mankind who will believe this. These are clean animals as He is clean. We should not eat scavengers.)

“Why did they keep it until the fourteenth day?” (Perfect order with change. Second Shemittah cycle years 8-14. Patterns: Noach’s family repopulating earth by year 1400.)

“Why do we recount the miracle of Passover?”

After we look into these questions, there is one more question we should ask. “What is a detriment that overshadows Pesach, so we don’t even wonder about or ask any questions?”

The Passover

Exo 12:1  Adonai spoke to Moshe and Aharon in the land of Egypt; he said,

Exo 12:2  “You are to begin your calendar with this month; it will be the first month of the year for you.

Israel will sprout up out of the earth in the springtime of the year. The Lord’s Feasts are to be remembered. Luke 22:14-20 “This cup is poured out for you in the covenant in my blood.

Yes, ADONAI confirms ‘The Blood Covenant’ in the springtime. Nisan will be set apart as holy unto The Lord even before TWO witnesses: Moses and his older brother Aharon. Outside the Promised Land….making this available to all who would like believe it.

Luk 22:13 They went and found things just as Yeshua had told them they would be, and they prepared for the Seder.

Seder mean, ‘in order’. Everything had to be done in order…in a timely manner.

Luk 22:14 When the time came, Yeshua and the emissaries reclined at the table,

Luk 22:15  and he said to them, “I have really wanted so much to celebrate this Seder with you before I die!

Luk 22:16  For I tell you, it is certain that I will not celebrate it again until it is given its full meaning in the Kingdom of God.”

What will be the full meaning? Yes, that Yeshua has always been that lamb or sacrifice looked to all through history and that fact will be recognized.”

Luk 22:17  Then, taking a cup of wine, he made the b’rakhah and said, “Take this and share it among yourselves.

At the Seders I’ve attended since 2008 everyone has had their own cup to drink from. We see in this passage that it seems they passed the cup to each other.

Luk 22:18  For I tell you that from now on, I will not drink the ‘fruit of the vine’ until the Kingdom of God comes.”

Earlier Yeshua is challenged with them not understanding The Kingdom of God. He says if you can’t do this and that while the Green Tree, referring to himself, then what will you do when that tree is gone? And Yeshua was challenged as to why his followers (disciples) ate from the temple foods when John’s were not permitted to do so. Yeshua was proving the fact that when you are with him, you are part of The Kingdom of God already. They missed The Kingdom, because they didn’t have him as their Messiah.

Yeshua Jesus had to leave to go back to place his offering of blood on the heavenly altar. When he returned physically, they once again had the Kingdom of God back on earth because wherever He dwells, it is there.

Luk 22:19  Also, taking a piece of matzah, he made the b’rakhah, broke it, gave it to them and said, “This is my body, which is being given for you; do this in memory of me.”

Luk 22:20  He did the same with the cup after the meal, saying, “This cup is the Covenant, ratified by my blood, which is being poured out for you.

Luk 22:21  “But look! The person who is betraying me is here at the table with me!

Who is ADONAI to tell? The entire assembly…all are included.

Exo 12:3  Speak to all the assembly of Isra’el and say, ‘On the tenth day of this month, each man is to take a lamb or kid for his family, one per household—

Exo 12:4  except that if the household is too small for a whole lamb or kid, then he and his next-door neighbor should share one, dividing it in proportion to the number of people eating it.

Exo 12:5  Your animal must be without defect, a male in its first year, and you may choose it from either the sheep or the goats.

Was Yeshua the firstborn male of a woman? Yes! Was Yeshua The Father’s firstborn male, himself come to earth in the flesh? Yes!

God in the flesh, a male, is to be chosen by sheep and goats…Jew and Gentile.

They did not have to read between the lines and think that a Messiach was coming to save them. It was foretold to us through Adam that The Seed would be planted in the ground…as that is what crushes the head of ‘The Deceiver.’

Exo 12:6  ” ‘You are to keep it until the fourteenth day of the month, and then the entire assembly of the community of Isra’el will slaughter it at dusk.

Who killed Jesus? ALL the entire assembly of the community slaughter him. It is blamed on The Jews, but it is ALL ‘sheep and goats’ that he came for.

Exo 12:7  They are to take some of the blood and smear it on the two sides and top of the door-frame at the entrance of the house in which they eat it.

From the sides of our bodies to the top of our heads and from the mouth that is our entrance we are to agree with this.

Exo 12:8  That night, they are to eat the meat, roasted in the fire; they are to eat it with matzah and maror.

Let’s not forget the symbolism that John ate and it was sweet but then made his stomach want to throw up. The Matzah cracker is dried so it’s look burnt on one side. It is appears to have stripes and is pierced with holes just as Yeshua was pierced from head to toe and his heart. He was killed which means totally consumed…and died (burnt up).

Exo 12:9  Don’t eat it raw or boiled, but roasted in the fire, with its head, the lower parts of its legs and its inner organs.

Exo 12:10  Let nothing of it remain till morning; if any of it does remain, burn it up completely.

There is one final offering….it was The Father’s ONLY son, so this would only happen once in history. Once this son atoned for the penalty that came from sinning, it was done…once and for all…it was FINISHED.

Exo 12:11  ” ‘Here is how you are to eat it: with your belt fastened, your shoes on your feet and your staff in your hand; and you are to eat it hurriedly. It is Adonai’s Pesach [Passover].

Whose Pesach is it? ADONAI says to tell them, “It’s my Pesach.”

They are told that this will be done by God’s hand and nothing they could do themselves except be prepared for when Adonai says, “LEAVE NOW.”

Exo 12:12  For that night, I will pass through the land of Egypt and kill all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both men and animals; and I will execute judgment against all the gods of Egypt; I am Adonai.

The gods of our earth will have judgment executed against them. Can gods retaliate? No…because they aren’t real. Men create gods that they think will help them but in ‘real time’ they are fake and only an imagination.

What is real? The sign of blood on our earth. Blood has life in it…living life that can be examined under microscopes.

Blood is a sign. Yes, blood is a sign of a ‘covenant’ that God set up..thus, it is God responsible for supplying the blood. It is God’s blood alone that causes death to pass over us. Eternal death is ‘crushed’.

Exo 12:13  The blood will serve you as a sign marking the houses where you are; when I see the blood, I will pass over [Hebrew: pasach] you—when I strike the land of Egypt, the death blow will not strike you.

Exo 12:14  ” ‘This will be a day for you to remember and celebrate as a festival to Adonai; from generation to generation you are to celebrate it by a perpetual regulation.

We should be awe struck to think that all of mankind, even those not having a bible to read that instructs them about this, has remembered this. Last night on Pesach Day One in Harrisonville nearly sixty people met ‘remembering’ to come together to talk about the exact order of this happening. Yes, they attended a Seder in order for this feast not to be forgotten in their generation. Yes, God’s order of salvation would remain…not in Easter bunnies and eggs, but in eating bread with no yeast in it. Eating ‘horse radish’ with it to remind us that we might be afflicted in this world because we choose to follow this way of ‘remembrance.’

Exo 12:15  ” ‘For seven days you are to eat matzah—on the first day remove the leaven from your houses. For whoever eats hametz [leavened bread] from the first to the seventh day is to be cut off from Isra’el.

The packages of yeast cause things to rise. It’s simply an example of sin that can fester in us if gone unchecked. Baking soda, baking powder do not create a continual festering. It is not like yeast. Take the ‘yeast’ out and throw it away. Perhaps it is expired anyway.

This reminds us to stop what is festering’ us. Our relationships in our family are very important that they cease to rise up contention among ourselves.

Exo 12:16  On the first and seventh days, you are to have an assembly set aside for God. On these days no work is to be done, except what each must do to prepare his food; you may do only that.

Saturday, April 16, 2022, is already a Sabbath. Therefore, it is doubly important to set this day aside unto The Lord. Help the poor, play with grandchildren, go for a walk and talk to your spouse recounting your blessing of what Yeshua Jesus has done in your lives. Talk about eternal things…never denying The Blood of Yeshua as your way of salvation.

Isn’t it interesting that in this 7th Shemittah cycle that is designed to set things free, that even this instruction finds itself already set in place.

For the ‘sin of ignorance’, (not understanding this) you are already covered because on the first and last day in 2022 it already is a Sabbath time of being set apart of the ways of God. It’s so incredible how much God loves us that not only are our calendars sitting just a day apart, but the two Sabbaths called to honor at Pesach are already covered just by being obedient to the commands at the days of Creation…Rest on Day Seven.

REST: April 16, 2022 – Day One Passover – Nisan 15

REST: April 22, 2022 – Day Seven Passover – Nisan 21

Exo 12:17  You are to observe the festival of matzah, for on this very day I brought your divisions out of the land of Egypt. Therefore, you are to observe this day from generation to generation by a perpetual regulation.

Exo 12:18  From the evening of the fourteenth day of the first month until the evening of the twenty-first day, you are to eat matzah.

Exo 12:19  During those seven days, no leaven is to be found in your houses. Whoever eats food with hametz in it is to be cut off from the community of Isra’el—it doesn’t matter whether he is a foreigner or a citizen of the land.

Exo 12:20  Eat nothing with hametz in it. Wherever you live, eat matzah.’ ”

Exo 12:21  Then Moshe called for all the leaders of Isra’el and said, “Select and take lambs for your families, and slaughter the Pesach lamb.

“What is a detriment that overshadows Pesach so we don’t even wonder about or ask any questions?”

Easter! It detracts from the real meaning of The Seder.

It detracts from one of the most important of The Lord’s Festival, Pesach.

It changes the theme of ORDER…Yeshua died at 3:00 pm…pointing to The Third Day!

It changes the PATTERN…of God’s time-clock that is ticking.

Easter is about resurrection? Easter is about new life? Easter is about ham?

The Seder is about questions…questions that reveal The Lord’s perfect order of The Seed’s Return. Who is The Seed? Yeshua our Messiah…soon to return from The Father’s House.

    1. With Row v wade dismissed at Year 49 it shows us this year begins v total freedom. A jubilee. Perhaps it’s the signal to Israel being set free this coming year. Now Ukraines people will really suffer since Russia took out power today in their big cities. Russia is to be taken serious.
Will israel be supported in her troubles should they worsen? All this leads to perhaps the next years being very I comfortable for our earth. With the plague killing so many and especially six years from people accepting the shot, this next few weeks are a wake up call. And yet We celebrate four babies born at Festival of Lights this December. Girls are being born to multiply the earth. I’m encouraged to see life even though death comes msko
