Shemittah Cycle 7 2022 – Part 2 Perpetual

Listen to Perpetual

Today is an incredible day. It is a double Sabbath. Nisan 15 is always a Sabbath since it is Pesach Day One. Four animals will face life and death…each on a current Sabbath.

First, I want to quickly tell you about a ‘Hand of God’ sighting in our family. There is death and there is life in this story with it all happening on The Sabbath.

Today is Nisan 15, Passover Day One – Our only red-head granddaughter born.

Tishri 15, Day One Sukkot. Our oldest granddaughter is born in the fall.

I only tell you about these two granddaughters as it is highly unusual to have your grandchildren born on the two most powerful biblical days in history….Nisan 15 and Tishri 15. Day One Pesach and Day One Sukkot. I still stand amazed and now for more amazing things:

Tishrei 18, Niece in Iowa born 30 years ago.

This niece on Tishri 18 celebrates Day Three of Feast of Tabernacles as her birthday.

Today, on Nisan 15, my Tishri 18 niece’s cat had five kittens with four living. She had three white kittens and one a yellow dusty color. Day One Passover: Death and resurrection.

Sadly, Last week on Sabbath, April 9, 2022 she lost her beloved dog, Leo. Sabbath was Parshah 28 M’tzora (person afflicted with tzara’at) Lev 14:1-15:33. Tzarat was a spiritual condition that occurred back then but not seen today. It came from ‘evil speech’.

Miriam was cast out because of evil speech against her bother Moses which was then really against God. Her skin turned white with spiritual leprosy. I believe this is where Miriam dies.

April 2, 2022, Stormy has three kittens. The Sabbath began the conversation about biblical evil speech. April 1 she had one kitten, April 2 she has three more kittens, April 3 she has one more kitten. This is her first litter of kittens and had them over three days. She had to contend with another first-time mother cat with six four-week old kittens and an ornery dog.

April 9, 2022, Leo died on The Sabbath, The Torah portion was called, Parshah 28, Leviticus 12:1-13:59, M’tzora (person afflicted with tzara’at Leviticus 14:1-15:33.

Our family has recently experienced three first-time mother cats each having kittens on the Sabbath. February 26, April 1, April 26, 2022.

Sabbath 22 Vayak’hel 25 Adar I (extra month), (He assembled), son’s yellow cat has six kittens, February 26.

Sabbath 27 Tazria, 1 Nisan – New Head of Months, New Year, “she conceived, five kittens born over three days to son’s cat on our property, El Shaddai. 2 April, 2022

Sabbath 28: M’tzora, M’tzora 8 Nisan, (person afflicted with tzara’at) Family dog, white, dies. April 9, 2022. (I’m so sorry for their loss of their dog they had before this couple got married.)

Sabbath 29 – Pesach I – 15 Nisan, Five kittens, four alive (three white) born in Iowa to niece, April 16, 2022.

Nisan 1, Head of Months. Lazarus dies Nisan 3. Lazarus raised up Yeshua Nisan 7. People flockigg to Yeshua that he tries to hide as his time is not yet. He celebrated the Sabbath at Lazarus house. Nisan 10 Yeshua is chosen as their king and put on a donkey. Goes to stake on Nisan 14…the first lamb slain. He will rise up on Nisan 17 following The Pattern of three days and three nights in a tomb. Yeshua is first born taking on all the ‘evil speech’ of our world upon himself. He is tazria…a total biblical leper.

Evil speech is the lesson. Death of our savior is seen on the same day and week in the Messianic community and the Christian community. We should all be broken-hearted right now over the death of our savior. And, yet we know there is life…after days because we believe in Resurrection.

They waited those three days and three nights as their Rabbi Yeshua left and was buried. I pray for all conceptions to come to full term and not have any miscarriages in our family. Thank you for praying against evil speech in all our lives.

If God chooses to show up…. thank him…. no matter if you think it’s bad. We must accept death and accept new life. And, between it all we never lose hope for what The Father is doing to bring about His full purposes seen through us; those willing to hide His ways in their heart as Rahav did. Her entire household was saved that day because they also helped hide the Joshua’s spies. Let’s all be spies and not give up hope…even in the birthing of our animals.

Nisan 15 5782 April 16, 2022 – Day One Unleavened Bread – Day One Passover, a Sabbath

Pesach I Exodus 12:21-51 Joshua 3:5-7, 5:2-6:1, 6:17; John 19:31-20:1

Luk 22:22  The Son of Man is going to his death according to God’s plan, but woe to that man by whom he is being betrayed!”

Luk 22:23  They began asking each other which of them could be about to do such a thing.

Day One of Unleavened Bread begins April 16, 2022. We are to eat matzah today and then for the next seven days. At The Seder many questions are asked by the children.

Exo 12:26  When your children ask you, ‘What do you mean by this ceremony?’

Yes, today we have forgotten to ask this question because the Christian world no longer keeps this ‘perpetual regulation.’

As a child of God I would like to ask what does ‘perpetual’ mean. Does this mean that Israel gets all the callings and blessing because she obeys Exodus 12:26?

What are Christians giving up when they set aside these blessings and callings. You should ask yourself this question keeping in mind…you are grafted into Israel’s gifting and callings if you follow the God of Abraham, Issac and Ya’cov. If you don’t follow their God, then you are likened to Naomi’s daughter-in-law you left to be with her own family. Ruth, said she wanted Naomi’s God…and because of that, Ruth is in the lineage of our Messiah Yeshua Jesus.

So, what are you really giving up when you reject these callings and blessings…called The Lord’s Feasts?

Exo 12:17  You are to observe the festival of matzah, for on this very day I brought your divisions out of the land of Egypt. Therefore, you are to observe this day from generation to generation by a perpetual regulation.

Exo 12:18  From the evening of the fourteenth day of the first month until the evening of the twenty-first day, you are to eat matzah.

Exo 12:19  During those seven days, no leaven is to be found in your houses. Whoever eats food with hametz in it is to be cut off from the community of Isra’el—it doesn’t matter whether he is a foreigner or a citizen of the land.

Exo 12:20  Eat nothing with hametz in it. Wherever you live, eat matzah.’ ”

Exo 12:21  Then Moshe called for all the leaders of Isra’el and said, “Select and take lambs for your families, and slaughter the Pesach lamb.

Exo 12:22  Take a bunch of hyssop leaves and dip it in the blood which is in the basin, and smear it on the two sides and top of the door-frame. Then, none of you is to go out the door of his house until morning.

(This tells us that we will NOT go out until the morning…when the darkness of this earth is over with. Yes, earth is on a plan set in perfect order…A Seder.)

Exo 12:23  For Adonai will pass through to kill the Egyptians; but when he sees the blood on the top and on the two sides, Adonai will pass over the door and will not allow the Slaughterer to enter your houses and kill you.

(Our earth will pass away with all it’s worldliness. But, if you believe in the Messiach that had blood coming from the top of his head and from his sides you will enter through the door via Yeshua’s atoning blood.

Exo 12:24  You are to observe this as a law, you and your descendants forever.

(Is this optional? NO!!!! NO!!! NO!!! How much more clear can God speak to us! Yes, Chapter 12 begins: “ADONAI spoke to Moshe and Aharon in the land of Egypt.” God is speaking to us directly…in our world which is also known as Egypt. This is not the land of Israel specific, but the world…ladies and gentlemen. Take this serious. This is a LAW…to YOU and YOUR families that come out of you….FOREVER.”)

Exo 12:25  “When you come to the land which Adonai will give you, as he has promised, you are to observe this ceremony.

ISRAEL is back on the earth, age 74 (1948-2022) in May 2022. Some groups still don’t know what to do with this. Some boycott her, still claiming she has no ‘land rights’. Is Scripture just for her? Do you have to be a Jew to receive her blessings? Absolutely, you do NOT have to become a Jew. Jew and Gentile are offered these gifting and callings…via the Lord’s Feasts which are part of The Torah…the first five books of our precious bibles. Even, Peter’s vision of the animals coming down three times confirms even those eating ‘unclean’ can now have a choice to Return to Torah. They were made to be strangers to it, but now they can be drawn near it.

Exo 12:26  When your children ask you, ‘What do you mean by this ceremony?’

Exo 12:27  say, ‘It is the sacrifice of Adonai’s Pesach [Passover], because [Adonai] passed over the houses of the people of Isra’el in Egypt, when he killed the Egyptians but spared our houses.’ ” The people of Isra’el bowed their heads and worshiped.

(These people humbled themselves and agreed…they bowed their heads…acknowledging the ways of ADONAI.)

Exo 12:28  Then the people of Isra’el went and did as Adonai had ordered Moshe and Aharon—that is what they did.

(Because they bowed their heads (obeyed the instructions), they avoided the ‘death’ plague. Yes, we can avoid the ‘eternity’ death plague. If we don’t follow The Seder…do things in order…and not in our own ways of glorifying God…but in His ways…we can AVOID COVID, our homes burning down…or property taxes rising that we are forced to sell our homes…which is the same as being forced out of your home.)

The Tenth Plague: Death of the Firstborn

Exo 12:29  At midnight Adonai killed all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh sitting on his throne to the firstborn of the prisoner in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of livestock.

Exo 12:30  Pharaoh got up in the night, he, all his servants and all the Egyptians; and there was horrendous wailing in Egypt; for there wasn’t a single house without someone dead in it.

Exo 12:31  He summoned Moshe and Aharon by night and said, “Up and leave my people, both you and the people of Isra’el; and go, serve Adonai as you said.

Exo 12:32  Take both your flocks and your herds, as you said; and get out of here! But bless me, too.”

(Our earth is a dark dark place and getting darker as today’s pharaohs march on in war in Ukraine…lives even in prisons die of plague C-19.)

The Exodus

Exo 12:33  The Egyptians pressed to send the people out of the land quickly, because they said, “Otherwise we’ll all be dead!”

This reminds us of Metzora (evil speech) with the punishment being Tazria (biblical leprosy. Miriam spoke against Moses, turns white and is cast out of the camp. The Egyptians didn’t like God’s speech against them and just wanted it all to end. The only way to end a plague is to stop bad mouthing God.

Since yeast represents sin here, we can see that the Israelites that left were not sinning, (no leaven on them), but being obedient when they packed up not even knowing where they were going.

Exo 12:34  The people took their dough before it had become leavened and wrapped their kneading bowls in their clothes on their shoulders.

Exo 12:35  The people of Isra’el had done what Moshe had said—they had asked the Egyptians to give them silver and gold jewelry and clothing;

Exo 12:36  and Adonai had made the Egyptians so favorably disposed toward the people that they had let them have whatever they requested. Thus they plundered the Egyptians.

They left making bricks from no straw and carried gold on their backs instead. Today, the nations have boycotted Israel, but are now seeking her ‘natural gas’ as Russia shuts off Germany’s supply. Yes, these same patterns are appearing right as we speak this Torah portion.

When we see the number six it can equate quickly into a high number. This looks at the earth 6000-year program which then brings shift to a new change for our earth. The ‘mixed’ crowd shows all of us are included on this 6000-year journey.

Exo 12:37  The people of Isra’el traveled from Ra`amses to Sukkot, some six hundred thousand men on foot, not counting children.

Exo 12:38  A mixed crowd also went up with them, as well as livestock in large numbers, both flocks and herds.

Exo 12:39  They baked matzah loaves from the dough they had brought out of Egypt, since it was unleavened; because they had been driven out of Egypt without time to prepare supplies for themselves.

(In the darkest of days the sin will be removed from our earth…no more leavening…we keep vigil with our Savior Yeshua looking for Him to lead us.)

Exo 12:40  The time the people of Isra’el lived in Egypt was 430 years.

Exo 12:41  At the end of 430 years to the day, all the divisions of Adonai left the land of Egypt.

Exo 12:42  This was a night when Adonai kept vigil to bring them out of the land of Egypt, and this same night continues to be a night when Adonai keeps vigil for all the people of Isra’el through all their generations.

What an incredible promise…. On this same night…the vigil continues through all our generation.

And, I must say we had the most powerful Passover in Harrisonville 2022. It was decorated ‘coming out of bondage with brick and straw on one end of the tables with gold plates and Menorahs on the other end with lights. Half the room was dark and the other half had lights. Black plates on every table and also gold plates with white plate chargers showing how our Creator wants to lift us up out of bondage. It was truly a powerful display.

Institution of the Passover

Exo 12:43  Adonai said to Moshe and Aharon, “This is the regulation for the Pesach lamb: no foreigner is to eat it.

So, who is a foreigner? Yes, someone who does NOT want to follow the ways of Abraham, Isaac and Ya’cov.

Exo 12:44  But if anyone has a slave he bought for money, when you have circumcised him, he may eat it.

Yes, this shows we MUST have a circumcised heart in order to join The Seder.

Exo 12:45  Neither a traveler nor a hired servant may eat it.

Our Creator is very specific who can enter into The Kingdom of God. People who born into a Christian family and think inherit what their family has will not be accepted. Also, no one can pay their way and the Kingdom of God can not be bought with a price. It is our Messiah’s blood covering that atones for the penalty due us of sinning against The Torah. The Torah sets the standard of living on our earth with Yeshua Jesus atoning blood settling the matter.

There is ONE house with that house setting the rules for living there. The house rules are The Torah with Yeshua being the Master of that house. This eternal food is just for God’s children. Our Messiah can be identified because no bones were ever broken on his body.

Exo 12:46  It is to be eaten in one house. You are not to take any of the meat outside the house, and you are not to break any of its bones.

Exo 12:47  The whole community of Isra’el is to keep it.

Exo 12:48  If a foreigner staying with you wants to observe Adonai’s Pesach, all his males must be circumcised. Then he may take part and observe it; he will be like a citizen of the land. But no uncircumcised person is to eat it.

Exo 12:49  The same teaching is to apply equally to the citizen and to the foreigner living among you.”

Exo 12:50  All the people of Isra’el did just as Adonai had ordered Moshe and Aharon.

Exo 12:51  On that very day, Adonai brought the people of Isra’el out of the land of Egypt by their divisions.

All of God’s children are brought out by the mighty hand of Yeshua’s atoning blood. Jew and Gentile together will march together each equal in salvation.

Jos 3:5  Y’hoshua said to the people, “Consecrate yourselves, because tomorrow Adonai is going to work wonders among you.”

Jos 3:6  Then Y’hoshua said to the cohanim, “Take the ark for the covenant, and go on ahead of the people.” They took the ark for the covenant and went ahead of the people.

Jos 3:7  Adonai said to Y’hoshua, “Starting today, I will make you great in full view of all Isra’el; so that they will know that just as I was with Moshe, so I will be with you.

Jos 5:2  It was at that time that Adonai said to Y’hoshua, “Make yourself knives of flint, and circumcise the people of Isra’el again, a second time.

Jos 5:3  So Y’hoshua made himself knives of flint and circumcised the people of Isra’el at Giv`at-Ha`Aralot [the hill of foreskins].

Jos 5:4  The reason Y’hoshua circumcised was that all the people who had left Egypt who were males, all the fighting men, had died in the desert along the way after leaving Egypt.

Jos 5:5  For although all the people who left Egypt had been circumcised, all those who had been born in the desert on the way as they went on from Egypt had not been circumcised;

Jos 5:6  because the people of Isra’el walked forty years in the desert until the whole nation, that is, the fighting men who had left Egypt, had died out; because they had not heeded what Adonai said. Adonai had sworn that he would not allow them to see the land which Adonai swore to their ancestors that he would give us, a land flowing with milk and honey.

Jos 5:7  So he raised up their children to take their place, and it was these whom Y’hoshua circumcised; till then they had been uncircumcised, because they had not been circumcised while traveling.

Jos 5:8  When all the nation had been circumcised, every one of them, they stayed where they were in camp until they had healed.

Jos 5:9  Adonai said to Y’hoshua, “Today I have rolled off from you the stigma of Egypt.” This is why the place has been called Gilgal [rolling] ever since.

First Passover in Canaan

Jos 5:10  The people of Isra’el camped at Gilgal, and they observed Pesach on the fourteenth day of the month, there on the plains of Yericho.

Jos 5:11  The day after Pesach they ate what the land produced, matzah and roasted ears of grain that day.

Jos 5:12  The following day, after they had eaten food produced in the land, the man ended. From then on the people of Isra’el no longer had man; instead, that year, they ate the produce of the land of Kena`an.

The Commander of the Lord’s Army

Jos 5:13  One day, when Y’hoshua was there by Yericho, he raised his eyes and looked; and in front of him stood a man with his drawn sword in his hand. Y’hoshua went over to him and asked him, “Are you on our side or on the side of our enemies?”

Jos 5:14  “No,” he replied, “but I am the commander of Adonai’s army; I have come just now.” Y’hoshua fell down with his face to the ground and worshiped him, then asked, “What does my lord have to say to his servant?”

Jos 5:15  The commander of Adonai’s army answered Y’hoshua, “Take your sandals off your feet, because the place where you are standing is holy.” And Y’hoshua did so.

In these days men were visited by The Lord. Angels are just messengers and do not make ground holy. YHWH means ‘commander of armies. These armies will fight the spiritual battle in the heaven-lies.

The Fall of Jericho

Jos 6:1  Yericho had completely barricaded its gates against the people of Isra’el—no one left, and no one entered.

Jos 6:17  But the city and everything in it is to be set aside for Adonai and therefore to be destroyed completely; only Rachav the prostitute is to be spared, she and everyone with her in her house, because she hid the messengers we sent.

Setting something aside for ADONAI will definitely get changed. We have a holy God that can NOT tolerate sin. Israel was ready to cross into the Promised Land and they needed sin removed.

Our earth will have it’s cities crumble with no one being spared. Those being spared are those listening to the messengers sent from God. Rachav family kept quiet about ‘The Hiding’ and was spared as well.

We can NOT save anyone. But, we all can help show others the path to salvation. Rachav’s family agreed and kept quiet. We could view this as they were blessed for their personal actions.

Jesus’ Side Is Pierced

Joh 19:31  It was Preparation Day, and the Judeans did not want the bodies to remain on the stake on Shabbat, since it was an especially important Shabbat. So they asked Pilate to have the legs broken and the bodies removed.

Joh 19:32  The soldiers came and broke the legs of the first man who had been put on a stake beside Yeshua, then the legs of the other one;

Joh 19:33  but when they got to Yeshua and saw that he was already dead, they didn’t break his legs.

Joh 19:34  However, one of the soldiers stabbed his side with a spear, and at once blood and water flowed out.

Joh 19:35  The man who saw it has testified about it, and his testimony is true. And he knows that he tells the truth, so you too can trust.

Joh 19:36  For these things happened in order to fulfill this passage of the Tanakh: “Not one of his bones will be broken.”

Joh 19:37  And again, another passage says, “They will look at him whom they have pierced.”

Jesus Is Buried

Joh 19:38  After this, Yosef of Ramatayim, who was a talmid of Yeshua, but a secret one out of fear of the Judeans, asked Pilate if he could have Yeshua’s body. Pilate gave his consent, so Yosef came and took the body away.

Joh 19:39  Also Nakdimon, who at first had gone to see Yeshua by night, came with some seventy pounds of spices—a mixture of myrrh and aloes.

Joh 19:40  They took Yeshua’s body and wrapped it up in linen sheets with the spices, in keeping with Judean burial practice.

Joh 19:41  In the vicinity of where he had been executed was a garden, and in the garden was a new tomb in which no one had ever been buried.

Joh 19:42  So, because it was Preparation Day for the Judeans, and because the tomb was close by, that is where they buried Yeshua.

The Resurrection

Joh 20:1  Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Miryam from Magdala went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the tomb.
