What is being a Reprobate?

By Elaine Januay 7, 2022, Saturday, 6:32 a.m.

I want to thank my friend Elaine for approaching this issue. And she did it early in the morning and on The Sabbath. Her Sabbath rest came from drawing on Scripture. God’s Words are likened to iron sharpening iron. If we deny His words, we deny Him.

I was shopping at the grocery store, and I came upon this end-cap display. I did a double take. Look closely. Can you guess what it is? It’s gay pride products!!! It’s sure to attract the interest of children because it’s so inviting and colorful. This is not innocent. An evil spirit is probably attached to these items. Do not buy or bring these products into your home, or let your children use them. What is this world coming to?

God gave them over to a REPROBATE mind.

Rom 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Rom 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, Rom 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things. Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves: Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a REPROBATE mind, to do those things which are not convenient.

They profess that they know God, but in works deny him, being abominable and disobedient, and to every good work REPROBATE. Titus 1:16.

2Ti 3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, REPROBATE concerning the faith. 2Ti 3:9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

Reprobate Definition:

To abandon to wickedness and eternal destruction. Abandoned to error, or in apostasy. Abandoned in sin; lost to virtue or grace. To disapprove with detestation or marks of extreme dislike. Rejected by God and without hope of salvation. To destine, consign, or condemn to eternal punishment in hell, to condemn strongly as unworthy, unacceptable, or evil, depraved.

The original reprobates were hardened sinners who had fallen from God’s grace destined to hell.

The old definition has lost its meaning. Through the years it is became something humorous and not serious.

A reprobate nowadays is a person who is looked upon as hopelessly bad, jokingly, humorously, or affectionately. The Black sheep, a scoundrel, someone who drinks too much alcohol. “A lovable reprobate.”

I can tell right now you’re saying oh don’t get so excited about this, It’s no big thing. Let people alone. What they decide to do with their lifestyle is their decision. I guess it’s not serious anymore to be a reprobate. Think about this: We’ve learned to compromise and except deviancy. Our society has become lukewarm to the prohibitions of God. Do you have any discernment left?

This is a manifestation of evil and immorality, in your face flaunting obscenity.
